GP&D ESSAYS
It arose from the desire of its founding partners to invest in personalized service to the Civil Construction sector, in the area of Engineering and Architecture. Fast and personalized service for construction companies in the field test that evaluates the performance of internal and external coating systems according to the parameters of national and international regulations.
Combining the academic and professional experience of its founding partners, GP&D Ensaios brings a team with extensive experience in the sectors of research, innovation and validation of construction systems, with standardized and practical methods for the evaluation of the various materials and construction techniques applied in the field. civil construction.
Our CASE Nº1 – LAVVI; we execute our Product nº 1. We carry out in the field the influence of the adherence resistance in the inorganic mortar (industrialized and mechanically projected mortar) of the projected panel. This panel is the prototype of what will be executed on the entire façade of the ONE PARK residential building for later application of Acrylic Texture. Test according to NBR 13.528. Preliminary Result presented in 2 hours after conclusion of the test and Final Report according to NBR 13.528 guideline concluded in 72 hours after conclusion of the test.
DETERMINATION OF THE STRENGTH OF ADHESION TO TENSION
It is a field test to determine the resistance of adhesion to traction on walls, ceilings and floors in internal and external environments, carried out in:
1.1. Inorganic mortars;
1.2. Plaster;
1.3. Acrylic or inorganic based textured coatings;
Reference: NBR 13,528.
It consists of checking the adhesion of the coating to the substrate using hydraulic equipment coupled to a load cell that extracts the test specimens by pointing through the measured load the resistance of adhesion to traction.
The specimen is made up of the coating to be measured, cut to the base by a mechanical tool, which receives a cylindrical metallic insert (50 mm in diameter) joined to the coating by a high adhesion chemical glue.

DETERMINATION OF ADHERENCE RESISTANCE OF CERAMIC COATINGS
It is a field test to determine the adhesion resistance of ceramic coatings with plates settled with adhesive mortar on walls and floors in internal and external environments.
Reference: NBR 13,755 – Annex A.
NBR 13528 - Part 3.
It consists of checking the adhesion of the coating to the substrate using hydraulic equipment coupled to a load cell that extracts the test specimens, pointing through the measured load the resistance of adhesion to traction.
The specimen is made up of the coating itself to be measured, cut to the base by a mechanical tool, which receives a square metal insert (100 mm on a side) joined to the coating by a high-adhesion chemical glue.

DETERMINATION OF THE SURFACE RESISTANCE OF THE EXTERNAL PLASTER
It is a field test to determine the surface resistance of plaster for laying ceramic tiles using adhesive mortar on walls and floors in indoor and outdoor environments.
Reference: NBR 13,755 – Annex B.
NBR 13528 - Part 3
It consists of checking the adhesion of the coating to the substrate using hydraulic equipment coupled to a load cell that extracts the test specimens, pointing through the measured load the resistance of adhesion to traction.
The specimen is composed of the coating to be measured, which receives a cylindrical metallic tablet (50 mm in diameter) joined to the coating by a high adhesion chemical glue. There is no cutting of the coating.

FAÇADE INSPECTION - PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
The Facade Inspection is carried out to evaluate performance in terms of tightness, cracks, joints and adherence, with an emphasis on meeting the requirements of the Project Maintenance Management System.
Reference: NBR 15.755
The inspection is carried out using a drone or by rappelling, where the professional accesses using ropes, complying with the requirements of the safety regulations at work.
